So Saturday I did teleports until Mieka and Rainer logged in, we had a plan to go fight the NM for my White Mage AF – Healer’s Briault. They had aqcuired the bell needed to pop the NM a few days before, and I had read posts on Allah about someone having someone else trade the bell to the ??? to get the NM to spawn, so we figured once we got a party, we would be good to go. We put together a party and headed to Fei’yin. We traded the bell, and … it didn’t work. What the post on Allah failed to mention is that someone else could trade the bell for you, but only if they had the quest open as well.
So part of the team left but Rainer, Mieka, and Xempra (the 75 Monk that agreed to come) were gracious enough to help me go to Eldieme and get another tavnazian bell. We went in and camped by the “Hume bones” and pulled Dark Stalkers. At first there was another couple of people there who were doing the same thing, but they got thier bell and left after a bit.
After a bit, another couple of people came in and we ended up forming an alliance because they were looking for a coffer key for Taviel, on his blm. So we started targeting Tomb Mages, Warriors, Spriggans, Haunts, as well as the Dark Stalkers, which was fine because Dark Stalkers take a bit of time to re-spawn it seems. Mieka was showing us that even whm’s can be very good fighters as she was soloing mobs off and on for a bit, she warped and came back as whm/nin and had the hammer’s a blazing.. lol. She was supposed to be at a Garrison, but decided to stay and help me instead.. ^^ ty Mieka.
Pretty soon a 75 smn who had seen my shouts earlier in Whitegate, had some time before an LS event, and offered to come help, so they did. Our friend Azari brought his thf out a little later, so we had quite the team.. After a few hours.. (/cry.. I felt so bad to take so much of everyone’s day)… The Smn needed to go, and Azari as well. A few minutes later, Kinkykitty came out to help as her blm. She subbed thf to try and help things go a little better. Shortly after Kinkykitty came out Mirith sent me a /tell asking if we still needed help. I was really excited to actually see her, as she is Katella’s fraternal twin.. (same model – just little bit different hair), and I had only read her blog and chatted with her off and on in the past. I did get a picture though.. lol
After that we finally got the coffer key for Taviel. He walked around and found his coffer as well and got his AF item. Then we got another coffer key for Kinkykitty’s rdm. Then after a bit more fighting.. we found a Tavnazian Bell (Joy!)
At that point I was so thankful to have gotten the key, and my static was going to start in an hour and a half, so I figured I would have to get another party maybe the next day. My party (thankfully) after having spent so much time looking for this bell (sorry guys..), was ready to go kill this NM. So we headed back to Fei’yin and popped the Shadow Altedour I Tavnazia.
Xempra tanked as 75 mnk, the rest of the set-up was Mirith 75 whm, Rainer 71 rdm, Mieka 67 whm, Kinkykitty 62 whm, and Katella 57 whm. I was really nervous going in, but my friends are all awesome, and we took it out. I lotted and got the tavnazian mask, thanked everyone again, and got myself to San’dOria to turn in the mask, before anything could happen to it.. lol
I spoke to Narcheral and recieved my Healer’s Briault in time to warp back to whitegate for my party. I ended up getting 3k tnl 58, so the next time we have our static (two weeks) then I will be able to wear it! Yay me!! (Joy!!)

Sunday I tried to do some teleports, but decided in the end that weekends are not the time to try and make gil doing teleports. There are so many people on, that I wasn’t able to land but two of the few people that were actually calling for them. Lots of people just were teleporting thier friends.. they were prepared.. darnit.. lol ^^
So I partied with Angelulu as warrior in the dunes.. we died, so Kinkykitty came out and raised us and helped us for awhile. When we lost another member, Kinky actually joined our team. We partied a little longer, until we had another wipe, and people needed to go, so we disbanded. This was Angelulu’s first party in the dunes, she ended up getting two levels out of it, so she is now a level 12 war, and my war got to 11 in the process. It was also Rustydusty’s first time to the dunes.. so I hp’d to Sandy changed to my whm/blm, and headed back to the Dunes to pick her up and take her out of there. I finally got there and did a Teleport Holla….. >.< I failed to ask if she had the crystal… so I teleported out .. but she stayed there. I felt really bad and was running back to get her again, but she decided to just log there.. I felt really bad, hate when that happens… I always forget about that part.
Our whm for our 30’s static was busy getting thier summoner job unlocked so we put our static party on hold and found something else to do while we waited.
I ran around with a few friends on my lvl 7 corsiar.. and realized that it isn’t much fun when you only have the one dice that they gave you… So on my list.. at some time I need to buy some dice for that job…
After that Kinkykitty and I went with Kauri to level her war, as we had gotten it to 18 at our last party. I no longer had any job close to her level.. and there were three or four tanks & DD looking her level, but no healers or mages of any kind… So I teleported Kauri – lvl 18 war, and Kinkykitty 18 drg, and Sorienn another war out to La Theine and we made our way to the Dunes. They killed pugs and I healed them (got 2 healing magic skillups out of the deal^^) Kinky & Kauri both pulled out thier NPC’s until another two people joined the group. We ended up getting all 5 of them to level 20 before we left..
Our static 30’s whm was still gathering elements.. so we weren’t going to be having a party as it was getting late. It was as we were finishing up that we were made aware that our good friend Azari was leaving the game indefinately… I’m sad I didn’t get to say goodbye, or at least say hopefully see you later… But I want to wish him the very best, and hope that he gets things figured out. (sorrow)
