** Added Note: as I haven’t been able to find a real use for the tricolored carp or the gold carp and they don’t seem to sell real well for me, I have been NPC’ing them. I get 53 gil each for the Tricolored and 300+ gil each for the gold carp which is more than they currently go for on the Auction House-and incidently ends up more than paying for my material costs to make the insect balls for bait.)Kind of purfect to be fishing Yellow Globes for Alchemy recipe Poison Dust , and Salmon and Trout now as my Cooking is 29 and one of the next recipes is Salmon Eggs, and Roasted Trout.
Katella's Corner 
Roasted Trout – found easiest way for this recipe was to purchase Alabaligi fish in Aht Urghan Whitegate I-10, from Kulh Amaryio. She sells them for 130 gil each which was an improvement on the Shining Trout which seemed to be much more when I looked at the Guild locations.
Fire + Alabaligi + Rock Salt.
